Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. You can view Gravatar’s privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.

Contact Forms

If you fill out a form on our site, your submitted information (such as name, email, and message) may be stored to respond to your inquiry or for customer service purposes.

Cookies

• If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies. These last for one year and are for your convenience.

• A temporary cookie is set on the login page to check if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

• Login cookies last for two days; screen settings cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login persists for two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookies.

• When you edit or publish content, an additional cookie is stored in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and simply identifies the post ID. It expires after one day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (videos, images, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited that site directly and may collect data, use cookies, and track your interaction.
